After a long career as a professional tattoo artist, Jason founded Dedicated Jiu Jitsu to create something meaningful and lasting in his next chapter of life.
Known for his laid-back, fun teaching style, Jason builds an environment where students of all ages and skill levels feel welcome. His mission is to make Jiu Jitsu more than just a sport—it’s a lifestyle built on confidence, discipline, and community.
Alongside his son Zach, who’s been training since age 7, Jason leads with heart, humor, and a genuine belief that Jiu Jitsu can change lives. At Dedicated Jiu Jitsu, you’re not just joining a gym—you’re joining a family.

Coach Steve is a black belt under Professor Pantcho and a core part of the Dedicated Jiu Jitsu coaching staff. Known for his calm and confident presence, Steve brings a clear, steady energy to the mats that helps students feel comfortable and focused.
When he’s on the mat, Steve gives it his all—whether it’s teaching fundamentals, answering questions, or jumping into rounds. Always ready to help when time permits, his consistency and dedication have played a huge role in our team’s growth. Students respect him, coaches rely on him, and we’re proud to have him as part of the heart of our academy.
