
Professor Jason Medina
2nd Degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt
Professor Jason Medina has trained Jiu Jitsu since 2011 and earned his black belt in 2018 under Ricardo “Pantcho” Feliciano of Checkmat. An active competitor, Jason has earned numerous IBJJF medals and holds an undefeated 3–0 Fight 2 Win record.
Jason founded Dedicated Jiu Jitsu to create a welcoming, ego-free academy where students can learn high-level Jiu Jitsu while enjoying the process. Known for his laid-back, hands-on coaching style, he emphasizes technical development, confidence, discipline, and creating a community where everyone feels at home on the mats.

Coach Kaylee
Coach Kaylee has been part of Dedicated Jiu Jitsu for nearly five years and has become an important part of our coaching team. She works closely with our younger students and has a natural ability to make kids feel comfortable, supported, and confident on the mats.
Kaylee focuses on building genuine relationships with her students while helping them develop their Jiu Jitsu, coordination, confidence, and independence. Her positive energy, patience, and commitment to continually improving as a coach make her an important part of the culture at Dedicated.

Coach Rob
Coach Rob has trained with Dedicated Jiu Jitsu for over four years and brings a calm, disciplined presence to our coaching team. A military veteran and father of three, Rob understands the importance of patience, consistency, and leading by example.
Whether he’s helping newer students learn the fundamentals or pushing experienced teammates through tough rounds, Rob is always willing to help. His steady mindset, humility, and commitment to his teammates embody the supportive, hard-working culture we want every student to experience at Dedicated Jiu Jitsu.
